Subscription & Billing Terms

These Subscription & Billing Terms apply to paid Patron subscriptions on integrationera.com ("Patron" or "Subscription") and are part of our Terms of Service. Paid subscriptions are offered by 2C Consulting LLC (doing business as Charlie Forêt), a Utah limited liability company.

1. What You Get

A Patron subscription includes:

  • Early access to new stories and chapters before they become publicly available;
  • Patron-exclusive content, including exclusive lore entries, behind-the-scenes dispatches, and audiobook releases;
  • Patron-only community access where offered.

The specific content and release cadence is described on the Patron page and may evolve over time. We aim to publish new Patron content regularly but do not guarantee a fixed publication schedule.


2. Price

  • Patron subscription: $5.00 USD per month (or the current price shown on the Patron page at the time of your signup).
  • Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added at checkout depending on your location.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion and foreign transaction fees if you pay in another currency.

3. Billing Cycle and Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews. Here's what that means, in plain terms:

  • You are charged $5.00 USD (plus any applicable tax) when you first subscribe.
  • Your subscription then renews every month on the same day of the month, and your payment method is charged automatically for each renewal.
  • Renewals continue until you cancel.
  • You will receive an email receipt after each successful charge.

By subscribing, you expressly authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.


4. Payment Method

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's terms (https://stripe.com/legal) and privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy) apply to the payment transaction.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (major credit and debit cards, and others Stripe enables from time to time).
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. You can update it any time in your account settings.
  • If a charge fails, we'll retry over several days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, your Subscription will be paused and then cancelled.

5. How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time by:

  • Visiting your account settings on integrationera.com and selecting "Cancel subscription," or
  • Emailing theintegration@integrationera.com from the email address on your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain access to Patron content through that date. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.


6. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or as required by applicable law.


7. Free Trials and Promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional rate:

  • You must provide a valid payment method to start;
  • Your subscription will automatically convert to the paid rate at the end of the trial or promotional period unless you cancel before it ends;
  • The transition date and new price will be stated clearly at signup and in your welcome email.

8. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. If we change the price for existing subscribers, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address on your account, and the new price will apply to renewals occurring after the notice period. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.


9. Taxes

Prices exclude taxes unless otherwise stated. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your billing location, the tax amount will be added at checkout and shown on your receipt.


10. Gifts, Transfers, and Shared Accounts

Patron subscriptions are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, resold, or shared with others. Patron-exclusive content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use (see Terms of Service, Section 4).


11. Fulfillment and Digital Delivery

All Patron content is delivered digitally through the Site. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Content is delivered electronically, typically immediately upon payment or on the announced release schedule;
  • Because content is delivered digitally on demand, statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights that apply to physical goods generally do not apply to digital content once access has been provided, except where required by the law of your jurisdiction.

12. Statement Descriptor

Charges from us will appear on your statement as CHARLIE FORET or a similar descriptor from Stripe. If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us before disputing with your card issuer — we can usually resolve billing questions in a day or two.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Subscription & Billing Terms. Material changes to pricing, renewal, or cancellation terms will be announced by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Other changes take effect on posting.
